Service Description: Apartment building for older adults * 97 two bedroom apartments, 15 single bedroom apartments and Horizon Hall

Base rate includes:
  • water and hydro
  • nurse available for emergency (Daily 24 hours)
  • doctor available (Mon-Fri)
  • chiropractor
  • exercise and falls prevention classes (provided by St Elizabeth Rehab)
  • massage therapy and optometrist available
  • Shopper's Drug Mart pharmacy on site
  • in-house recreation facilities and activities


Additional
  • sightseeing and outings available for a small fee


Tenants look after their own laundry and housekeeping

Fees: Service - (As of Jan 2018) $1,220-$2,129/mth + meals ($250/month/person covers the cost of one meal a day)
