Service Description: Community based agency offering programs to adults and youth who are in conflict with the law

Services:
  • counselling services for women, men and youth in conflict, or at risk of becoming in conflict with the law
  • advocates on behalf of individuals involved in the criminal justice system
  • institutional visiting to provide incarcerated women with information and support
  • public education

Provides a variety of programs in Halton and Peel to assist people in conflict with the law including
  • Community Service Order Program
  • Youth Anger Management programs, Youth Follow-Up and Aftercare programs, Female Youth Attendance Centre(s) in both Peel and Halton, north and south
  • Crime Prevention program
  • Court and Institutional Services program
  • Community Counselling program * Ellen House and Marjorie Amos Residence residential facilities * Diversion/Alternative Measures program for non-violent first-time offenders appearing at Brampton, Milton, Oakville, and Burlington Provincial Courts
