Service Description: Provides home medical equipment and assistive devices to improve accessibility and independent living for individuals with physical challenges or health needs * services equipment sold and also services products purchased elsewhere

Products include manual and power wheelchairs, walkers, lift chairs, stairlifts, porch lifts, ramps, bathroom and bedroom safety products, CPAP and aids to daily living * products can be rented or purchased * some of the rental equipment include wheelchairs, walkers, stairlifts, lifting devices, beds, portable scooters, commode chairs, lift and recline chairs, etc.
 
Services include free in-home assessments * in-home trials * home delivery and setup * on-site and in-home repairs * rental programs * help to navigate the available funding processes * programs for long term care homes and other healthcare organizations

Accepts donated wheelchairs in good condition depending on current supply * authorized ADP, WSIB, VAC vendor

Meeting: Hosts an annual, off-site Home Medical Equipment/Product show for people to learn about many different types and sizes of medical equipment and speak directly with manufactures representatives * there are no sales at this event - just helpful information and a light lunch is also provided
Fees: Funding assistance available through Assistive Devices Program (ADP), Blue Cross, Veteran Affairs Canada (VAC), Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Ontario March of Dimes (OMOD), Easter Seals Ontario, MS Society
