Service Description: Fred's Club is an adult day program for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. The program aims to engage adults with developmental disabilities in daily group activities that will improve their social and life skills, as well as allowing for recreation and community involvement

Community-based program providing a wide range of services to participants and caregivers including:
  • adult day program
  • respite services for caregivers
  • socialization
  • recreational camps
  • life skills training
  • physical activities
  • transportation
  • community exploration and participation
  • healthy nutrition
  • personal assistance services (assistance with activities of daily living including meals, hygiene and bathing)
  • health monitoring (e.g. blood sugar testing, blood pressure, vital signs and weight monitoring)
  • case management and community referrals
Initial individual needs assessment is required before admission into the program * weekend and summer camps are also offered with a focus on socialization, recreation, physical activity and community outings 

Fees: $10 per hour based on staff ratio of 1:5 * option of 3 full meals and 2 snacks for $20 per day * transportation available to and from program for $5 per person per day
