Service Description: Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services agency, helps adults with developmental disabilities connect to services and supports in their communities.

Services include:

  • person-directed planning
  • other support to help people with developmental disabilities become more involved in their communities
There are nine DSO offices across Ontario

Application: To apply for services and support call regional office or meet face-to-face with one of the team members Assessor from DSO will help person with disabilities to complete application
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Ages: 18 years and up Individual must have a documented developmental disability, and meet age and residency requirements.
