Service Description: This centre provides a comprehensive range of family-centred treatment, rehabilitation and support services to children with disabilities and their families who reside in Dufferin, Halton, Peel, Waterloo and Wellington County.

Family Resource Centre-is a places for clients and families to access information and resources. The Family Resource Centres offer a selection of toys and books to support skill development at home. Each Family Resource Centre is supported by dedicated ErinoakKids volunteers.

Application: Health professionals, families and clients can complete the referral form
Referrals will be reviewed and services will be determined based on the child's individual needs and meeting eligibility requirements
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Children from 0-19 years old with physical or developmental delays/disability requiring therapy to improve gross motor function (does not include children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning disability (LD))
Must live in Peel Region, Halton or Dufferin County
Languages: English
