Service Description: Psychotherapy and counselling services for:
  • individual, couple and family
  • individual or group programs
Counselling covers:
  • anger and stress management
  • domestic abuse / violence
  • mental health - anxiety, depression, stress, phobia
  • grief and loss
  • charged with impaired driving
  • charged under influence of drugs / alcohol
  • work place injuries
  • social and cultural issues
  • family issues - relationship, parenting, marriage, in-laws
  • addictions - alcohol, drugs, gambling
Services provided using psychotherapy, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), solution focused brief therapy (SFBT), counselling

Programs:
  • ASAP - addictions and substance program
  • DAVP - domestic abuse and violence program
  • SAMP - stress and anger management program

Fees: Service * Free Psychotherapy / Counsel - EI (Employment Insurance), Welfare, Disability, jobless, seniors and students (conditions apply).

Fees not covered by OHIP * psychotherapy may be covered through extended health insurance, WSIB, EAP and Motor Vehicle Insurance
Fees can be claimed on taxes as medical expenses
Fees are charged on sliding scale
