Service Description: Assisted Living/Supportive Housing is provided at the following locations:
  • Richview Residence located at 1540 Kipling Ave and 105 Clement Rd
  • 25, 35, 53, 57, 63, 73 and 120 Widdicombe Hill Blvd
  • 620 Martingrove Ave

Service is provided on a daily basis for personal care, homemaking and quick response to urgent requests for assistance, daily 24 hours * allows older adults to live in their homes while assistance is available on both a scheduled and unscheduled basis

Congregate Dining Program (twice a week) - Available for tenants at the Richview Residence for a fee, for participants in the Social Group

Fees: Free * no user fees for personal care tasks to individuals who qualify and possess an Ontario Health Card

Assessment of need is required and utilized for consideration and acceptance into this program * limited number of spaces available in each building
Eligibility / Target Population: Adults 65 years and older who have a valid health card who are tenants of the buildings
Languages: English * German * Hindi * Spanish * Sinhalese * Tagalog
Language Notes: Staff speak and write English * limited availability for other languages, based on staffing
