This program offers help for mothers of infants and toddlers up to
age 1 who are feeling:
- Overwhelmed and anxious
- Sad or helpless
- Irritable or angry with family members
A safe and confidential support group for women who want to come together and discuss the sometimes difficult emotions after the birth or adoption of a baby
