Service Description:

Fee subsidy program designed to help low-income families and individuals in Brampton participate in Recreation programs * assistance is given in the form of a credit to the applicant's account
To apply for the program one needs to provide proof of:
- residency (eg. utility bill, lease agreement, driver’s license, etc.)
- total family net income
- legal responsibility for all dependents listed on the application
Once an application is received and approved an account will be activated
Each family member on an approved application will receive a credit of $275/person per 12 months * an approved applicant qualifies for the program for 2 years
The Credit has no real cash value. Any refunds from cancelled or withdrawn programs will be returned to the applicant's account as a credit. Any unused credits remaining at the end of the enrolment period cannot be carried over or transferred to another individual or family member or redeemed for cash
