Service Description: Program offered in partnership with Peel Addiction and Referral Centre (PAARC), created to assist individuals in meeting the challenges of complex addiction issues

Program goal is to increase the health and social outcomes of people with problematic substance use issues by:
  • providing stable housing
  • creating strong linkages with other community services
  • delivering services based on a harm reduction approach and the recovery model
