MNS is offering a Parent Communication program for parents within the Black community in Peel
The program was developed for parents /caregivers to build on cultural identity, values and practices. The program offers:- Parent Groups
- Individual counselling
- Parenting programs
- One-on-one counselling
- Group counselling
- Information/Referrals
- Assistance with systems navigation
- Advocacy
- LGBTQ2S+ supports
In-person parent/children drop-in program:
- Malton: Malton Neighbourhood Services, 7205 Goreway Dr, Mississauga, LINC Office, Main Floor, Unit 38 - Mon 5pm-7pm
- Malton: 7205 Goreway Dr, Lower Level, Unit B8A, Mississauga - Thu 2pm-3pm
- Bramalea: Aloma Crescent Public School, 57 Aloma Cres, Brampton - Tue 5pm-7pm
- Peel CAS: 25 Capston Dr, Mississauga - Wed 9:30am-11am
- Gore Meadows Library: 10150 The Gore Rd, Brampton - Thu 10am-12:30pm
Virtual parent/children program (WebEx): Will resume Jan 2025 - Fri 10am-10:30am
