Service Description: Help for patients to understand:

  • how COPD affects their lungs
  • medications and why, when and how to take them
  • what causes a COPD “flare up” and how to avoid one
  • when to seek medical attention

If patient is admitted to hospital, referral may also be made to an Urgent COPD Clinic upon discharge. This helps the patient get follow-up therapy, if needed

Note: This is a virtual clinic. You can attend it from the comfort of home, using your telephone, smart phone or computer
