Registered Programs

Walk Fit - walking is a great form of exercise for everyone. Combining basic steps with upper body movements, Walk Fit offers both cardio and conditioning benefits

Tai Chi - embrace the body and mind through the practice of tai chi. Learn how to pair gentle movements performed in a sequence with controlled breathing, to improve flexibility, coordination, strength and mental concentration

Yoga - relax body and mind with yoga. Learn and practice yoga poses and postures to improve balance, breathing, flexibility and strength

Yoga: Chair - gain all the benefits of yoga with the added support of a chair or your walker. Combining gentle stretches and traditional poses, improve flexibility, strength, breathing and relaxation with every movement

Osteo Fit - help build and maintain stronger bones by increasing muscle strength with Osteo Fit. Suitable for individuals with low bone density or osteoporosis, exercises consist of slow-paced, weight-bearing movements with resistance

Qigong - take part in a series of mind and body exercises to improve flexibility, strength and posture. With focused intention and relaxed movement, learn how to integrate breathing and meditation into wellness routine

Zumba Gold - latin dance and music inspire this fun and energetic cardio workout. Using low-impact steps and aerobic movements, dance to new fitness heights

Strength and Conditioning - with an emphasis on full body conditioning, exercises will target key muscle groups including arms, legs, abdominals and chest to improve you overall endurance and flexibility
