Service Description:

Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for frail older adults with physical or cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer's disease and related dementias in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

Transportation: $7 return in-town * $12 return out of town
