Service Description:

Multi service agency * community support services to older adults and people with disabilities
- promotes and maintains client independence
- arranges for support and relief to
caregivers
links clients to appropriate community resources
Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people
remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral
to other community services
