Ontario Health atHome-Brampton (Central West) nursing clinic
Integrated Care Clinics provide a variety of specialized nursing services to patients of all ages. Depending upon the specific clinic, these services may include:
- Wound care
- Drain care
- Injections
- Central line maintenance
- IV therapy and IV access maintenance
- Chemotherapy disconnects
- Lymphedema care
- Diabetes management counselling and education
- Education on self-management including but not limited to diabetes and injection
- Catheter care
- Enterostomal care and education
Clinic is staffed by qualified nursing team, primary care access is not available

•not open to general public •must be assessed and referred to the clinic by Ontario Health atHome Central West staff •visit to clinic by appointment only, no walk-ins accepted •patients must be covered by OHIP
