Autism Ontario partners with Little Robot Friends for this exciting Cubby Robot program! This workshop will be run in July, August, and September so that children can come to the workshop date that suits them best. Please only register for one workshop!

In this workshop, we’ll be working with Cubby, our musical little robot friend, and turning it into a funny new type of “instrument”. We’ll begin by learning how Cubby works, exploring its different features and capabilities. Then, using some basic code, we’ll reprogram Cubby to become a mini-instrument and practice making music together! The purpose of this workshop is to explore music, expressions, and electronics. No previous experience is necessary!

While this is an introductory-level workshop, it will be beneficial to have a familiarity with basic computer navigation skills, particularly with using a mouse, touchscreen, and keyboard.

Computers will be provided, but if you wish to bring your own that is fine too. Just remember your power cord!
