CARES is an eight-week support group held at our Mississauga site that works to help you navigate mental obstacles throughout your journey as a caregiver.
This program is designed to be culturally responsive and PEER LED by our Family Engagement Facilitators all of whom have lived experience with EOK programs, undergone intensive training and have successfully completed the CARES workshop series with client families.

Participation Criteria
- Must be parent/caregiver of an active client of EOK under 18.
- Encouraged to attend at least 80% of sessions during the eight-week period.
- Active participation during sessions is required to maximize the benefits of the CARES program.
