Each session offers simple sensory prompts and creative exercises to help with self-soothing, mindfulness, and self-reflection as you navigate grief. Sessions begin with a brief check-in and grounding exercise. Participants are invited to spend quiet time connecting with themselves and with others in a calm, compassionate space. All participants are encouraged to attend all eight sessions.
