Join us at the Brampton Longo Family Resource Centre for a coffee chat with our Transitions Consultant to learn more about supports and strategies that can help children and youth successfully navigate school and life transitions.

The Transitions Consultant provides consultation and support to children, youth, families, ErinoakKids staff, community agencies, and school teams. They also work collaboratively with community committees to address transition-related issues and develop resources that promote successful outcomes for children and youth.

During this session, we'll discuss topics such as identifying appropriate school placements, planning for key transitions, and building strategies that support long-term success.
