A Clinical Information Meeting is required as the first step in accessing individual clinical services and/or Core Clinical Services at Kerry’s Place. A member of our skilled clinical team will hold a 1-hour virtual meeting with your family, including the person with Autism, to better understand your individual goals and needs. During this time, a clinical assessment is completed to capture areas of strength and areas in need of development, which is used to provide an informed recommendation from our team of Registered Behaviour Analysts regarding the clinical services available for purchase at Kerry’s Place that will help you meet your goals.

If you would like to complete a Clinical Information Meeting to access individual clinical services at Kerry’s Place, be sure to provide your information now, by signing into My Community Hub (see button in top-right corner of the screen) and then clicking “Waitlist” for this offering. In doing so, you will automatically be notified every time new spots are made available, until you are able to formally register and pay for this service. We look forward to working with you.

Notice Period:
- Full Refund (-10% Admin Fee): 30+ calendar days’ notice prior to service start date
- Partial Refund (50% of total): 14-29 calendar days’ notice prior to service start date
- No Refund: fewer than 14 calendar days’ notice prior to service start date
*No refunds or credits on file will be provided once service has commenced
Registration NotesPLEASE NOTE: Clinical Information Meetings are only required for those who have not completed a Clinical Information Meeting in the past six (6) months, or for those who do not already have a clinical recommendation on file from Kerry’s Place. If you have recently completed a Clinical Information Meeting, or received a clinical recommendation at the end of clinical service with Kerry’s Place, please contact our Intake Team to reconnect: intake@kerrysplace.org
Service will be scheduled based upon Kerry’s Place’s capacity once the purchase is complete. In order to ensure equitable access to service, we are unable to commit to specific requests for dates and times of clinical service.
