Online RegistrationGet Job Ready with a new and improved EmploymentWorks program!
Employment Works offers individualized (1:1) support for Autistic youth and adults 15+ who want to enter the workforce and stay meaningfully employed.
Over a 12-month period (ending March 31, 2027), participants will work one-on-one with staff to develop a structured employment plan focused on achieving meaningful workforce participation.
Program features include:
- Personalized 1:1 employment planning and support
- Job sampling opportunities with local employers to build both hard and soft skills
- A funded work experience opportunity (employer wage reimbursement available)
- Hybrid program delivery (participants must be able to attend both online and in-person sessions)
- On-site job coaching after employment is secured, including employer support and training
A screening will be conducted upon registration to assess eligibility and confirm enrollment.
