Service Description:
|
Seniors residence for people who are able to live independently
- twelve residents live with the support and security of a live-in house manager
- the house manager prepares and serves the daily lunches and dinners
- breakfast food is available for each resident’s own preparation
- the house manager is also responsible for regular cleaning and maintenance of all common area and acts as a support to the residents
- costs are shared equally by the residents

Fees:

Service - $2,250 per month plus parking $35* Monthly rent includes the resident’s suite, meals and all utilities, except the resident’s own personal cable and telephone. The monthly fee also includes free parking and laundry equipment available for the resident’s use
