Support services for older adults and people with disabilities
Programs:
Older Adults Drop-In(Weekly) (for adults 55+) for vulnerable individuals, focuses on health and wellness, aimed at helping older adults maintain social, physical and intellectual independence
Activities include:
- exercising, art and craft, cooking, bingo, cards games, nutrition class, walk in the park, group trips, picnic, basic compute ring and much more
