Service Description:

Support for a mom who is experiencing difficulties adjusting to life with a new baby or is coping with Postpartum Mood Disorder (PPMD)
PPMD Peer Support Group is a judgement-free space where participants can talk about how they feel or just sit and listen to others. Childcare is provided in the centre during the program; mon's are also welcome to bring their baby with them into the group
