Service Description: A short term rehab program designed to help Seniors recuperating from illnesses, hospitalizations or surgery to regain strength over a period of 2-3 weeks prior to returning home. Must be independent with all transfers (not needing staff assistance)

Program includes:

  • private room with ensuite bathroom/phone and cable TV
  • 3 meals/daily in the dining room plus snacks
  • assistance with morning and evening care
  • assistance with bathing once weekly
  • mobility assistance to and from dining room for meals
  • opportunity to participate in activity programs
  • laundry and bed making services
  • 24 hour emergency response (HelpCall)
  • physiotherapy visits twice weekly
  • psw completes daily exercises twice daily as prescribed by physiotherapist
