Service Description:

The program supports isolated and frail seniors who are unable to prepare their own meals * provides culturally appropriate, hot, fresh, and nutritious meals, delivered three times a week to clients homes (two meals per day). The service ensures that clients receive familiar and balanced meals and fosters a sense of community and connection
