Service Description:

The Concurrent Disorders Program supports change in the lives of individuals 16+ who are living with complex mental health issues and substance use concerns.
The program helps people who:
- Live in York Region;
- Ages 16 and older;
- Have a serious mental illness that impacts their daily functioning;
-Have a substance use or substance dependence issue
