Service Description: The Pulmonary Rehab program is for people with chronic lung disease. This program offers education and exercise to help the patient:

  • become more physically active
  • learn how to manage breathlessness
  • improve quality of life


NOTE: This is a virtual clinic. Patients can attend from the comfort of home, using their telephone, smart phone or computer



Fees: Most fees covered by OHIP
Application: Medical referral required
Eligibility / Target Population: Patient must be smoke-free for 3 months in order to attend the Pulmonary Rehabilitation component of the Clinic
