Service Description: Provides care for patients referred from the Emergency Department. Patients are connected with a neurologist that is able to assess their needs and propose treatments and lifestyle changes to prevent the onset of a stroke

Conditions treated: only patients 18 years and above, diagnosed with TIA or mild stroke in the emergency room will be admitted
