Service Description:
|
PULSE will use a person-centred, strengths-based, and collaborative method for all the youth who join the program. We will also utilize the “Wraparound” approach. By establishing a unique plan for each person or family, work collaboratively with the team of professionals in the youth’s life if present, identify the youth’s strengths, and always consider each individual’s cultural background and beliefs
