Service Description: A program for people with chronic lung disease. This program offers education and exercise to help patients:

  • become more physically active
  • learn how to manage breathlessness
  • improve quality of life

Note: This is a virtual clinic. You can attend it from the comfort of home, using your telephone, smart phone or computer
