Service Description: Seniors residence for people who are able to live independently

  • twelve residents live with the support and security of a live-in house manager
  • the house manager prepares and serves the daily lunches and dinners
  • breakfast food is available for each resident’s own preparation
  • the house manager is also responsible for regular cleaning and maintenance of all common area and acts as a support to the residents
  • costs are shared equally by the residents

Fees: Service - $2,250 per month plus parking $35* Monthly rent includes the resident’s suite, meals and all utilities, except the resident’s own personal cable and telephone. The monthly fee also includes free parking and laundry equipment available for the resident’s use

"About Us"
Abbeyfield is a non for profit home, dedicated to providing housing for independent seniors. The house is managed by a volunteer board of directors. There are two paid house managers who look after the day to day running of the house Residents are provided two served meals a day (lunch and supper) and are provided a self-served breakfast. There is no personnel support such as nurses or PSWs on site as this is an INDEPENDENT living home.
