Service Description:

A short term rehab program designed to help Seniors recuperating from illnesses, hospitalizations or surgery to regain strength over a period of 2-3 weeks prior to returning home. Must be independent with all transfers (not needing staff assistance)

Program includes:

private room with ensuite bathroom/phone and cable TV
3 meals/daily in the dining room plus snacks
assistance with morning and evening care
assistance with bathing once weekly
mobility assistance to and from dining room for meals
opportunity to participate in activity programs
laundry and bed making services
24 hour emergency response (HelpCall)
physiotherapy visits twice weekly
psw completes daily exercises twice daily as prescribed by physiotherapist
