Service Description: Services for young people  (ages 14-35)  experiencing early symptoms of psychosis based on provincial standards. SHIP’s EPI program provides early intervention supports to individuals and their families at the first signs and symptoms of mental health concerns

Support includes:
  • Community-based intensive support that empowers individuals in identifying short and long-term goals
  • Community Mental Health Counsellors provide education on mental health and substance issues as well as linkages and resources for individuals and families

Application: Referrals are processed through SHIPs Central Intake. Online application via www.shipshey.ca/apply. Paper copies available, call 905-795-8742 ext. 3.
Eligibility / Target Population: Service is available to individuals 14 – 35 years of age residing in Dufferin County showing recent symptoms of psychosis
